Breakfast madness at Jaspas! Sai Yin Pun
We often forget to take the time to sit down with friends in the morning and enjoy a nice breakfast. Taking the first hours of the day to wake up, and share quality moment makes the difference in your day. Jaspas is the perfect option to do so! With 6 locations around Hong Kong, you cannot avoid it any longer. HK.salad went to their restaurant in Sai Yin Pun. The atmosphere is great, on top of a fine decoration that truly creates an enjoyable moment.
The breakfast is copious and will not disappoint. The B.E.S.T breakfast (Bacon, Eggs, Sausages and Toasts) is a classic but well prepared and served quickly. Many other breakfast options are of course, available.
This English style breakfast is for the champions truly! The bacon is not greasy and is crispy as we like it. The style of the eggs is your choice, but the scrambled ones are excellent and surprisingly so are the beans! Add to it a black Americano and there you have the perfect morning. Advice: bring a friend or two for a nice morning chat over delicious food. The breakfasts are around 100HK, which a good quality/price ratio for the experience.
Having had their breakfast, I would also by extension recommend having lunch or dinner there. It is likely that they provide the same quality. There is no more to it really. Great savory breakfast in a restaurant that has a personality and a kind staff. It’s time to wake up the right away!
