Tallore which means SOUP in the north part of Belgium has definitely landed in the center of Hong Kong. Tallore Artisan Soups is a great place to discover new associations of flavors such as roasted eggplant with garlic, pumpkin or roasted tomatoes and basil soup. The shop is located in the heart of Wanchai’s small developing streets and will let only 2-4 people sit at the same time so plan on taking your food away and eating it at your office with your colleagues…
The pricing of the food is extremely correct. You can find a set lunch including a soup and/or a sandwich and/or salad where you can take 2 items for HKD78.
The food is prepared every morning and the owner has guaranteed that he uses only fresh produce to prepare his soups, salads and sandwiches. Soups and salads will change everyday depending mainly on the mood of the Chef or maybe the weather…who knows? Anyway it does not change the atmosphere and quality of this soup shop.
We recommend you to give it a try since we had a really good time and left the shop full of fresh vegetables and healthy food in our stomachs. It is definitely a place we will go back to since the dishes change everyday !
