The new best burgers in town !!!
Hong Kong is a good place to find good food, simple food, and simply good food ! Burgers have always been an item that is normally easy to make but very hard to cook at its perfection.
BIG FERNAND FRENCH BURGERS in Ifc, central, made our day today when we went to try their classic french burger made with imported french ingredients. How to describe the experience…simply fantastic for meat lovers but will also please chicken, veal and lamb burgers (we are going to go back soon to try these last mentioned).

The team behind the grill is very professional and will received you with huges smiles mixed with talented skills for cooking the meats and home made french fries to perfection. We asked for a medium rare burger and we got a medium rare burger (which for those of you who lived a long time in Hong Kong will know that it is rarely the case…) garnished with the best preserved/caramelized onions in the whole city ! Extra crispy non oily bacon is also part of the party that was just happening in our mouth during this epic burger moment.
As burger lovers at hksalad.com, we recommend you strongly to go try it out…the price is a bit salty though, but the location can explain it since IFC mall’s rents are probably very high as well. Nevertheless, it is well worth to go have a taste at it as we are now addicted and will probably drop by every month at least to have a taste of French burger.
