If you’re in the mood for fantastic drinks and a great meal, Lily/Bloom is a great place to start. Situated on the 5th and 6th floors of Hotel LKF by Rhombus, this bar/restaurant is the perfect place to wind down the day. Lily Bar on the 6th floor has a classic, early 20th century American style with fantastic drinks to match.
Head downstairs to Bloom restaurant where you’ll find a solid menu of American inspired dishes. The tender Colorado lamb rack is excellent, with its perfect sear. Also try the bone marrow appetizer and the fried chicken. The raw bar has a complete selection of oysters from all around the world. The wine list is also great, consisting of unique boutique wines instead of the usual name brands found everywhere else.
As with any great restaurant in Hong Kong, you’ll spend more than average, however for a truly wonderful meal with great drinks to boot, Lily/Bloom does not fail to impress.
